Mixing with fake coral reefs at Mix Lounge in Vegas
This weekend I ended up having one of the most accidentally decadent trips to Las Vegas, and on Saturday we went out to a club called Mix Lounge at THE Hotel at Mandalay Bay where we were staying. It was a nice place, but failed to find the balance between being decadent AND inviting. And the bar had this totally out-of-place coral reef above it:
I have to say that the only truly remarkable part of the club is the phenomenal view of the city; unfortunately, the design relied a little too much on it to carry the atmosphere.
