Trump Parc Stamford ~ Which new Trump is this?

I packed my bag and the Evil Paradises book and headed out to Las Vegas for a birthday celebration this weekend.  From our suite, you could stare north into the Vegas skyline with "TRUMP" written on one of the buildings in the distance.  That building happens to be Donald J. Trump’s brand.  Last I had been to Vegas, Ivana Trump had planned a Vegas building, but the project got canceled for some reason.  I mistakenly thought that this Vegas building was hers, so when I saw the following ad, I was curious if there happened to be yet another "new Trump" out there:

According to their website, this is indeed a Donald J. Trump building, along with Thomas L. Rich and Louis R. Cappelli.  On the site, it reads: "Welcome to luxury. Power. Prestige."

Unfortunately, the ad above does not say that.  It says get a cheaper home and maybe even a boyfriend.  I’m not sure that I find these arguments, or even the beach, a compelling reason to live in Stamford, even if it’s in a Trump-branded paradise.

When they’re talking about hooking up, are they saying that you’ll be able to "hook up" if you move into their building?  Are they talking about "hooking you up" with a fine piece of real estate?  It’s quite a strange ad.
