Orangina Naturally Juicy Commercial

If Cirque du Soleil were to base a commercial on their Zumanity show in Las Vegas, perhaps with a little bit of Luc Besson’s The Fifth Element mixed in, this is what it would look like:


Commercials don’t get any saucier than this one.  It’s for the Orangina brand drink from France.  Did you notice the anthropomorphized flamingoes and octopi, among other animals?  Never has a doe been so sexed up.  The Adam and Eve undertones are a little creepy, but they were bound to be there to help push along the ad’s edgy nature.

This commercial is a bit of a departure from some of the other more comedic ones that they have run.  Here’s a YouTube search link if you want to see more.

While the English version of the ad ends with the words "Naturally Juicy," the French version translates literally as "Naturally Pulpy" ("naturellement pulpeuse").  I think the latter sounds better in French, but given some people’s aversion to orange juice pulp, I can see why they wouldn’t want to push it.
